Fab Friday Find – Cool site – Skitch.com

I’ve been a bit slack on the FFF but to be honest I haven’t found anything uber-cool to feature…until now

Check out Skitch – a super cool Mac app from plasq (sorry Windows peeps – once you’ve had mac you’ll never go back, they are planning a Windows version though) If you’ve used Comic Life from plasq before you’ll understand how easy this app is to use.

Skitch is described as fast and fun screen and image capturing software, it’s seriously cute and easy to use. You can grab sections of a webpage and then add text and drawing – you can then drag to your desktop, e-mail directly, copy embed code to your blog or share on your Skitch homepage (this acts as a Flickr alternative I guess.)

The speed and ease of use is key – the ability to quickly lift images, make notes and then e-mail, save, blog or upload is very cool. Check out the intro video demo here. (and here’s a scary pic I made earlier)
