Some of the most successful campaigns and competitions these days seem to be created and driven by user-generated content…I love the ‘reality’ aspect that’s introduced to marketing when users / customers *are* the campaign. In South Africa particularly, add an active, functional mobile component into the mix and you’re reaching a massive target market.
